Costs can be influenced by many factors including the complexity (which then influences length of surgery). For example if a septoplasty, grafts or alar base reduction is also needed, this is also likely to influence cost and timings. Different hospitals also charge different facility fees too. Having said that, the simplest cases might start around £7250, while for complex revisions needing rib it can be higher
